Exact fare is needed when boarding, drivers cannot make change. Bus tickets are available at the Dispatch Office.
Riders must be prepared to board the bus at the designated pick up time and location. Drivers are directed to wait 3 minutes. Time is extended for customers with disabilities.
A reasonable number of packages may be brought on the bus.
The bus may need to make several stops on the way to your destination. Plan for a longer trip than you would in an automobile.
We will make every effort to serve you during adverse weather conditions. Delays and cancellations are possible.
Notification when you cancel a ride is requested.
No eating, smoking, drinking, or vulgar language.
Any type of violence, threats, intimidation, destruction of property or insubordination will not be tolerated. MOTA has the right to refuse service and remove passengers when necessary.
No weapons, illegal drugs, hazardous materials or other dangerously-deemed items will be permitted on the bus.
