1. Exact fare is required when boarding. Drivers cannot make change. Bus tickets are available at the Dispatch Office.

2. Passengers should be prepared to board the bus at the designated pickup time and location. Drivers are allowed to wait for three minutes. Waiting time is extended for passengers with disabilities.

3. Plan for a longer trip than you would in an automobile, as the bus may need to make several stops.

4. Please notify the Dispatch Office if you need to cancel your ride.

5. A reasonable number of packages may be brought on the bus.

6. MOTA will make every effort to provide service in adverse weather conditions; delays or cancellations are possible.

7. Certified service animals are permitted to accompany you on the bus; all other animals need to be contained.

8. Eating, drinking, smoking, vulgar language, threatening or intimidating behavior, destruction of property, illegal substances, hazardous materials, or carrying anything that may be considered a weapon is prohibited on all MOTA vehicles. MOTA reserves the right to refuse service and remove passengers when necessary.
